Think You Are Pregnant?

We’re here to help.

If you’re worried that you might be pregnant, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. An unexpected pregnancy can bring a lot of questions, emotions, and uncertainty — and you don’t have to face any of it alone.

Whether you’re waiting to take a test or have already received a positive result, support is available. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, ask questions, and take time to think things through.

If a pregnancy test is positive, you do have options. Each option is significant and personal, and only you can decide what’s right for you. People around you may have strong opinions, but the decision is ultimately yours.

We believe you deserve accurate information, time to consider your situation, and support without pressure. Our role is to walk alongside you, provide up-to-date information, and respect your choices — whatever you decide.

Your Options

    ADOPTION

Adoption is one option to consider if you feel unable to parent at this time. It can be a complex and emotional decision. We’re here to help you explore what adoption could look like and whether it’s the right choice for you.

    ABORTION

You may feel that abortion is your only option — or you may be unsure or feeling pressured by others. If you want a place to talk through your thoughts, concerns, and questions, we’re here to listen.

    PARENTING

Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming — especially when a pregnancy is unexpected. We offer support, resources, and programs to help you think through what parenting might look like and what support is available.

    AFTER AN ABORTION

Some women feel relief after an abortion, while others find it more difficult than they expected. If you or someone you know is struggling emotionally after an abortion, confidential support is available.
