Prenatal Care

Pregnancy can bring many changes, questions, and emotions. Whether your pregnancy was planned or unexpected, preparing for the arrival of your baby can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Our Prenatal Program offers prenatal classes and support in Belleville designed to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth and the early stages of parenting.

We provide a safe, welcoming space where you can learn about pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for your baby. Our team offers encouragement, practical information, and the opportunity to ask questions about the physical, emotional, and relational changes that often occur during pregnancy.

The program focuses on helping you care for both yourself and your baby during pregnancy. Topics may include prenatal health, preparing for labour and delivery, newborn care, breastfeeding, and the adjustments that come with becoming a parent. Our goal is to help reduce anxiety, build confidence, and provide guidance during this important season of life.

Participants also have the opportunity to connect with other programs and resources available through the Centre and within the community. Support can continue beyond pregnancy as families transition into the early stages of parenting.

You do not have to prepare for this journey alone. We are here to listen, encourage, and provide practical support as you get ready to welcome your baby.
