Men’s Program

24/7 Dad - Fatherhood Initiative

Becoming a father can feel exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming. The 24/7 Dad – Fatherhood Initiative is a 12-week program designed to equip new and expecting dads with the tools, confidence, and community they need to thrive in fatherhood.

Led by our Men’s Program Coordinator, Palmer Stephens, the program provides a relaxed, welcoming space for men to connect, learn, and grow — both as individuals and as fathers.

Each participant also has the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a men’s mentor for personalized guidance and encouragement throughout the program.

  • Sessions explore a range of practical and personal fatherhood topics, including:

    • Showing and Handling Feelings

    • Men’s Health and Wellbeing

    • Communication and Conflict Resolution

    • The Father’s Role and Influence

    • Understanding Children’s Growth and Development

    • Getting Involved and Building Connection

    • Co-Parenting and Healthy Relationships

Participants are also guided through the My 24/7 Dad Checklist, a tool used in each session to help develop the skills of a responsible, engaged, and committed father.

  • This program is open to:

    • Expecting dads preparing for fatherhood

    • New dads looking to build confidence and connection

    • Fathers with children from birth to five years old

    • Experienced fathers who want to continue growing in their role

We believe every dad deserves support and encouragement on their journey. Whether you’re becoming a father for the first time or simply want to strengthen your parenting skills, this program is for you.
