Parenting

If your pregnancy was not expected, the thought of becoming a parent can feel overwhelming. Caring for a new life is a significant responsibility, and it is normal to have questions, fears, and doubts about what comes next. At the same time, parenting can also be deeply meaningful and rewarding.

Many people hope to become parents at some point in their lives. While the timing or circumstances of your pregnancy may not match what you imagined, this season can still offer opportunities for growth, connection, and joy. You do not have to navigate these decisions alone.

We are here to help you realistically evaluate parenting as an option and explore the support and services available to you. Our team provides a safe, non-judgmental space to talk through your concerns, ask questions, and consider what parenting could look like for you.

Caring for your baby also means caring for yourself. Beginning during pregnancy and continuing into early parenting, your physical health, emotional well-being, and overall lifestyle matter. We provide instruction and support related to prenatal care, childbirth preparation, and parenting education, along with encouragement tailored to your individual situation.

In addition to our in-centre programs, we can help connect you with community resources that support parents and families, including practical assistance, education, and relational support.

If you are considering parenting or already preparing to welcome your baby, we would be honoured to walk alongside you.
