Post-Abortion Care
Many women and men experience a range of emotions after an abortion. Some feel relief at first, while others feel sadness, regret, confusion, or grief, sometimes right away, and sometimes years later. However you are feeling, you are not alone.
At the Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre, we offer a safe, confidential place to talk. Our Post-Abortion Care Program is designed to help you process your emotions, find peace, and move forward with hope.
You will meet with a trained client advocate who will listen with compassion and respect. Together, you can explore your experience at your own pace. The program can include one-on-one sessions, small groups, or private reflection materials, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
The post abortion journey looks different for everyone. Some people find comfort in talking, others in journaling, prayer, or group support. Our goal is to provide space where you can be honest about your feelings and receive support in your time of need.
This program is open to anyone who has experienced an abortion, whether recently or in the past. You do not need to be sure how you feel about it to participate.
If you would like to learn more about this program, you can visit our If You’ve Had an Abortion page or our Programs and Services page.

Please note: The Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre does not perform or refer for abortions or any other medical procedures.
