At the Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre we have a caring and compassionate team. Together they run all of the programs available and provide the confidential support you need. The Centre team is also enriched by many volunteers serving in different capacities.
Heather Tapp Executive Director
Heather is the Director of the Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre and oversees directorship of both the Pregnancy and Family Care Centre of Quinte West and Anchor of Hope Pregnancy and Family Care Centre in Madoc. She has been at the Centre for over 15 years. She is the facilitator of the Parenting Program on Tuesday mornings and also meets with clients for After-Abortion Care.
Marg Kew Client Services Director
Marg has been at the Centre for 6 years. She facilitates the Women's Program, talking to women about self-esteem, healthy relationships, boundaries, and communication. She also meets with clients for After-Abortion Care.Jocelyn Drabiuk Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Jocelyn connects people with the Centre through our social media pages, website, and e-newsletters. Through visual communications she directs people in crisis to resources and supportive care encouraging them to contact or visit the Centre.Darla Keene 4U Healthy Lifestyles Education Coordinator
Darla Keene has been with the Centre for 7 years, first as a volunteer and then as our 4U coordinator. Darla can be recognized in many schools as a presenter of making healthy decisions and building healthy relationships. As well, Darla is our new Prenatal Program Coordinator. She teaches new parents about what to expect during pregnancy, labour and delivery, and when bringing their babies home.
Dave Drabiuk Men's Program Coordinator
Dave facilitates the Men's Program, teaching new dads how to begin on the right foot and supporting more experienced dads as they strive to grow in their parental role. He runs this program on Wednesdays.
